Dear Customer,
CreaPak Oy (Business ID 1930616–5) will merge into Oy Telpak Ab (Business ID 2214501–6) on 30
November 2026. From 1 December 2026, business operations will continue under the name Oy Telpak Ab. The merger follows Telpak’s acquisition of all shares in CreaPak in June 2025.
Telpak’s expertise in packaging materials and machinery complements CreaPak’s expertise in the food
industry. The merger will give our customers access to a wider range of products and services, as well
as comprehensive support in selecting materials, developing packaging processes and managing total costs.
CreaPak’s office operations will relocate to Telpak’s office in Espoo, and its warehouse operations will
move to the Logitri Oy warehouse used by Telpak. Customer and product data will be transferred to
Telpak’s system, and product codes will be standardised. We will provide separate information on any
customer-specific changes and delivery arrangements during the transition.
CreaPak Oy’s existing agreements will transfer to Oy Telpak Ab under unchanged terms and
conditions. As a rule, the merger will not require our customers to make changes to their existing agreements.

Impact of the merger on CreaPak Oy’s deliveries:
Due to the merger, CreaPak Oy’s deliveries will be temporarily suspended from 20 to 30 November 2026.
The final November orders from CreaPak Oy’s warehouse at Lintulammenkatu 12 in Kerava will be
dispatched on Friday, 20 November 2026, provided they are placed before 13:00 on Wednesday, 18 November 2026.
Following the transition, we will resume dispatching orders on Monday, 30 November 2026.
Our customer service will remain open as usual on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00 throughout the transition.

CreaPak Oy’s online web shope will close on 20 November 2026. We will launch Oy Telpak Ab’s
online web shop at a later date and provide further information separately.
